Beveridge Associates offers a wide range of CAD draughting and modelling services and maintenance auditing.

Using state of the art hardware and software, we can provide fully co-ordinated drawings, including 3-D modelling to assist on-site co-ordination.  We use AutoCAD and Bentley Microstation, although other software can be used if required to integrate with the other design team members.  

We also offer building services asset management and auditing services.  This can include full and thorough inspection of maintenance regimes to ensure compliance with current legislation and good practice.  Sadly, we have identified over the years that many building maintenance contracts are inadequately supervised.  This often results in the client receiving poor value for money and bad service.  We will monitor and audit the existing regime (if one is in place) and provide advice on how it can be improved.  Where necessary, we can produce maintenance plans and obtain competitive tenders for servicing contracts.

There has been a large volume of legislation and regulations in recent years, which impose many, often complex responsibilities on building owners and operators.  Many clients are not aware that they are at risk of prosecution.  We offer a building health-check service to advise clients of their obligations, assess whether they are meeting them and put in place action plans to address any shortfall.
